Why my Premium plan is inactive?
If you're sure that you've paid for current period, but your Premium plan isn't on, please, take these actions:
- Check receipts from your bank to make sure transaction has actually occurred.
- Check, if you use the latest version of a recommended browser. If necessary, update and restart your browser.
- Logout from Classerium.
- Log in back with same details or social network you used when you where paying for Premium.
