Why my Premium plan is inactive?

If you're sure that you've paid for current period, but your Premium plan isn't on, please, take these actions:

  1. Check receipts from your bank to make sure transaction has actually occurred.
  2. Check, if you use the latest version of a recommended browser. If necessary, update and restart your browser.
  3. Logout from Classerium.
  4. Log in back with same details or social network you used when you where paying for Premium.
